Cancel backorder

You can cancel order lines sent and marked for delivery.

  • Search e. g. for all order lines with the status "sent" and backorder "Yes".
  • In the order line window in the order book select all or several order lines.
  • On the Edit menu select the Cancel backorder command.



    A dialog box appears which you must accept. 



  • Click Yes.



    The dialog box is closed and you are returned to the order line window.
