OLA order

You can also order immediately the order lines entered in the order book.

Select the order line/s you want to order online.

On the Edit menu select the OLA order command.

The availability of the titles and the order quantities are checked.

Then a dialog box with a message appears, this message states that the order line has been ordered successfully.

Click OK to accept.

The titles that have been ordered are saved with the status sent in the order book. The titles that are not available continue to be displayed as entered.
For titles for which a sub-quantity is available, you will see this information in the Available column. The value in the Quantity column is then automatically reduced to the available quantity.
