Entering sort criteria for the order book

You can sort the order lines in the order book using several criteria.

  • On the Edit menu select the Enter sort criteria command.

  • Select one or more sort criteria.
  • Select whether the sorting is to be in ascending or descending order. 

Ascending order means that e. g. the oldest order or the department starting with A is right at the top, descending order means that the latest order or the customer starting with Z is right at the top.

If you select several sort criteria, the first is used initially, then the second and finally the third.

  • Click Sort.
    The order lines are sorted based on the sort criteria.
