Manage commodity groups subscription

You can manage your commodity group subscriptions in pcbis.de. Titles that belong to a commodity group for which you have a subscription are specially marked in the title window.

Ordering a commodity group subscription

  • On the Edit menu select the Manage commodity groups command.
    The active and available commodity group subscriptions are displayed.

     Click to zoom in!
  • Select one or more commodity group subscriptions on the right and click Order this article.
    A window for the order in the form of an e-mail is opened.

The fields are completed with the data entered in your pcbis.de configuration. Change or add data as necessary.

  • Click Send to send the data to KNV.
    The new subscription is setup at KNV and generally appears in your list of subscribed packages on the next working day.

Cancelling a commodity group subscription

  • Select one or more commodity group subscriptions on the left and click Unsubscribe.
    A window for the order in the form of an e-mail is opened.
  • Click Send to cancel the commodity group subscriptions.
